Two important new features of this site include the discussion forums and the archived back issues of our quarterly journal. Although we will no longer be producing the journal, the back issues are a great source of information. As for the discussion forums, we hope that in time they will become a vast collection of useful questions and answers. In order for this to work, we encourage all of you to participate by occasionally visiting the site and responding to questions posed in the forums. For those of you who would like additional responsibility, there will always be room for your new articles in a wide variety of topics.

As medical students and doctors in the military, we are unique in that we may find each other in harm's way one day. There is an esprit de corps among military physicians unlike any other group of doctors in the world - and you are now part this incredible family. We each share the responsibility of ensuring each other's success for our families' health and our enduring freedom. That is the sole purpose of this organization and our new website.
